I have worked in retail for more than 20 years, from every side of the counter: as a customer, trainee, employee, and boutique owner – and for the past 17 years as a consultant, speaker, and trainer.
I have a nuanced understanding and insight into many aspects of modern retail, including extensive knowledge of customer psychology and consumer trends.
My experience and insight have been gained both from small owner-operated shops and from some of the very largest retailers in Denmark.
Below you can see a small selection of topics I have been asked about by the press.
